Refund, Payment & Ticket Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which UberLotto handles user payments, deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, ticket orders, and winnings. By using UberLotto, you agree to the following:

 

1. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

UberLotto supports multiple secure funding methods, including but not limited to:

  • Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC)

  • Bank wire transfers

  • PayPal

  • Prepaid credits and account top-ups

All deposits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Users are responsible for any associated service or convenience fees.

 

Withdrawal Conditions:

Before processing a withdrawal, UberLotto may require you to:

  • Re-verify your identity

  • Submit proof of ownership for your crypto wallet or funding source

  • Complete all necessary AML/KYC documentation

Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method as the deposit. UberLotto is not liable for delays, errors, or rejections caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain networks.

 

Tax Responsibility:
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to winnings and financial transactions in their country of residence. UberLotto does not offer tax advice.

 

2. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

By using UberLotto, you agree not to dispute or reverse any authorized payments or deposits ("chargebacks") unless the transaction was fraudulent or truly unauthorized.

If you initiate a false chargeback or engage in payment fraud, UberLotto may:

  • Permanently close or suspend your account

  • Withhold winnings and account balances

  • Report the incident to the relevant authorities and fraud databases

  • Seek financial recovery, including legal fees and administrative costs

UberLotto works closely with payment processors and risk prevention platforms to investigate any disputed charges.

 

3. Ticket Orders, Pooling, and Winnings

A. Ticket Orders & Cutoff Times

When you place an order through UberLotto, you authorize us to act as your lottery concierge to facilitate ticket purchase and pooling on your behalf. Orders are not final until confirmed.

  • Each lottery game has its own cutoff time, and UberLotto may set an internal cutoff time earlier than the official game time.

  • If your order is received after the cutoff, funds will be automatically applied to the next available drawing for that game.

If a ticket cannot be purchased due to technical error, game closure, or pool capacity limits, the corresponding funds will be:

  • Refunded to your account as credit, or

  • Reallocated to a future drawing of the same game


B. No Returns or Cancellations

All orders are final once confirmed. We do not allow:

  • Cancellations of confirmed orders

  • Returns of digital or pooled lottery entries

  • Refunds except in the case of order failure, as noted above
