## Terms & Conditions for Referral Program


1. ### **Eligibility**
   * You must be a registered PlayUberLotto account holder to participate in the Referral Program.
   * The referred friend must be new to PlayUberLotto and may only join through a referral code once.

     
2. ### **Referral Rewards**
   * When a referred friend signs up using your referral code and makes their first purchase, you will receive loyalty credits equal to **50% of their initial spend**.
   * Referral credits are applied in loyalty points only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   * Rewards are typically between $5–$10 per referral, depending on the referred friend’s first purchase.

     
3. ### **Requirements**
   * The referred friend must successfully complete account registration and make their first qualifying purchase.
   * Credits will be added to your account within 24 hours of the completed purchase.

     
4. ### **Limitations**
   * ### Referral rewards apply only to the **first purchase** of each referred friend.
   * PlayUberLotto reserves the right to impose limits on the number of referrals per user.
   * Referral codes may expire without notice.

     
5. ### **Restrictions**
   * Referral rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside of PlayUberLotto.
   * Any abuse of the program, including creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity, will result in forfeiture of rewards and may lead to account suspension.
   * Promoting referral codes through paid advertising using PlayUberLotto-related keywords or trademarks is prohibited.

     
6. ### **Communication**
   * You may only share your referral code with individuals who have consented to receive such communication. By sending a referral link, you confirm you have obtained such consent. You agree to indemnify and hold PlayUberLotto harmless for any claims related to your referral communications.

   * PlayUberLotto reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or its terms at any time, without prior notice.
